people will judge you. they will misunderstand you. even wrongly accuse you.

they won’t ask why you do what you do or why you say what you say.

they’ll just assume they know.

you can either spend your time trying to prove yourself and arguing with people who have no intention of ever seeking to understand you


you can work on yourself and become the person you want to be. you can leave the opinions of others in God’s hands and instead develop your own heart.

people will scoff, they will doubt, they might even bully, but only you know what you believe, what you stand for, and most importantly: who you are when no one else is watching.
