Never Lose Hope (Corona Shutdown Tip #1)

There's no doubt that this is an uncertain time for most of us. We are all being challenged to adjust our entire way of life and many are dealing with unforeseen hardships.

Amid all the chaos, we must find a way to stay grounded and keep our sanity to make it through this unprecedented situation.

(Yes that is a pic of me from middle school, just to lighten the mood.)

When it feels like the world is out of control, we ought to first ensure that we are taking care of ourselves. Self improvement mogul, Jim Rohn, once said:

"The greatest gift you can give somebody is your own personal development. I will take care of me for you, if you will take care of you for me."

For the past two weeks, I have been adjusting to this new way of life and have found what has worked for me to thrive in this abnormal state of affairs.

In any crisis, sharing hope and insight with one another is how we will all come out the other side stronger than ever.

That being said, in following posts, I will be sharing what is helping me stay level headed and productive during this temporary shutdown, with the idea that it will help you too.

Tip #1

Never Lose Hope

Have hope, even when the news is convincing you that doomsday is inevitable. Embrace the best case scenario, even if it doesn't seem logical, in order to help you get through each day more smoothly.
