Sometimes kids crack you up, and not always for the best reasons. Every day I'm learning how to become a better teacher.
The last day of Coding Club.
A tough group of kids.
Spirited and needy.
Finally we made it through.
Thirty minutes left till summer.
I sit down to help one of the younger talkative students with his Scratch project.
“Cool background you’ve made, can you show me what coding you have done?”
“What is coding?”
What. Is. Coding.
12 weeks of Coding Club.
Hard to tell if it’s due to me or him.
Probably a bit of both.
I started laughing as my head fell into my hands.
What a question to ask on the last day of coding club.
