Tip #4

Go Outside

When it feels like there is no where to go, it can be easy to stay inside for days on end. If you do this, you will end up feeling all cooped up and fatigued.

Even if it is cold, even if it is drizzling outside, get some fresh air every single day. It will help you feel better physically as well as help clear you mind.

If you can go for a walk, go for a walk. It seems simple, and may be easy to over look, but getting some time away from your home gives you an opportunity to refresh and reset daily.

If you can, go outside! Even for 5 minutes a day.
