Something everyone wants, but not everyone has: CONFIDENCE!

That's right, confidence is something you can develop if you practice.

But why would you even want confidence?

When you feel sure of yourself, you are more easily able to challenge yourself to get better at what you love. You'll have a smoother time meeting new people and expanding your network too.

When you have confidence, everything feels a lot less awkward, and a lot more empowering.

I know from experience. I used to be too shy to speak up in school. I lived in a little cocoon where I never talked to anyone. I felt uncomfortable most of the time and honestly, I was really depressed and anxious.

That was NOT FUN! But it turns out you don't have to feel like that all the time.
